Cultural Diversity Training For Sport and Recreation Organisations
The Office for Recreation and Sport and the University of South Australia have co-developed a training workshop designed to provide an understanding of culture and multiculturalism. Designed within a sport and recreation context the workshop provides specific information regarding the issues and barriers to participation in physical activity by people from multicultural backgrounds. The workshop also provides practical strategies that can be employed to increase participation at the local club level.

The workshop can be tailored to meet the needs of particular groups and is suited for both state and local level organisations.
